Your privacy is important to us.  We use information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email address to answer the email we receive for customer service.  These addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated use.

All online credit card transactions are performed only on secure servers through a secure SSL connection.

Store Policies

All products shipped from our online store (domestic and internationally) will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are listed below.  Applicable sales tax will be charged to PA residents.

Backorders

If one or more items in your order are on backorder, we will hold the order until all items are in stock.   We will notify you within two business days should any item is backordered,  

Return/Exchange Policy

Shipped Items – Should your product be defective or damaged please contact us at info@theamericanstoryteller.com.  We will be happy to return/replace.

Downloaded Items

Downloaded products are not returnable.
